A range of family health care services--from lab draws to wellness exams to sick visits for both adults and children-are available in Potter at the Kimball Health Services-Potter Clinic. The clinic is designated as a provider-based rural health clinic and is located at 922 ½ Sherman Street, next door to the Potter Village office in downtown Potter.

Kim Hafeman, PA-C
Kim is our primary health provider in Potter. Kim received her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2009 from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Ariz. She has served as an urgent care provider and as a laboratory medical technologist.
In addition to Potter, Hafeman sees patients in the Kimball Health Services Clinic.
Kim's back up in Potter is Holly Dobrinski, NP-C, who also sees patients in Kimball. Assisting is Dustin Brauer, LPN, a licensed practical nurse at KHS who has served as an outreach nurse in the Sidney area.

About Us
The clinic was opened in September 2014 with two exam rooms and uses electronic medical records. Our system combines scheduling, charting, orders and billing to automate the total workflow of a medical office. Wireless technology provides the mobility to have needed information at the point of care. We are connected to the hospital's digital radiology system and can view x-rays from within the clinic. Images are read by the Fort Collins radiology group, Advanced Medical Imaging.

Courier Services
A courier service delivers patient medications to the Potter Clinic from Bemis Drug in Kimball.

When To Visit Us
Regular patient hours are Mondays and Wednesdays, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Fridays 7 a.m. to 12 noon. Patients are seen by appointment, but walk-ins are welcome. Patients without appointments may be seen based upon severity of illness and provider availability. Patients with an emergency situation should call 911.
