Since 1987, the mission of the Kimball Hospital Foundation has been to support Kimball Health Services and help make our community a healthier place to live. We are accomplishing this mission through the generous support of people and businesses that care about and believe in the medical facilities in our community. Gifts can be made to the Foundation in various forms including cash, stocks, bonds, real estate, bequests, memorials and designated gifts. There are many tax-deductible 501 (c) (3) options. Gifts are often made in honor of someone special or in the memory of a loved one, or by supporting our various fundraising efforts including our annual Kimball Hospital Foundation Golf Classic. Your support of the Kimball Hospital Foundation keeps our hospital on the cutting edge of technology. Thoughtful gifts of all sizes make possible the equipment our health providers need to help build a healthier tomorrow in our community. Shamberg Memorial Fountain More than 40 years of service to the Kimball community are being recognized with the completion of the Shamberg Memorial Fountain project at Kimball Health Services just outside the main entrance. The project was entirely funded by contributions to the Shamberg Memorial and arranged with the help of Ginny Hruza, the daughter of the late Dr. Al and Virginia Shamberg. A public dedication of the project including Hruza and other Shamberg family drew about 60 people.
