Immunization Clinic

Immunizations are offered at our rural health clinic as part of our well child care.

Schedule an appointment by calling 308-235-1966.

A child will need an appointment with a physician if they are between the ages of newborn and 4-6 years of age, or if the are greater than 6 years of age and are not an established patient.

If a child is greater than 6 years of age, current on their immunizations, and are an established patient they will be able to receive their immunizations with a nurse only visit.

Patients must have their immunization records with them in order to make certain that their immunizations are up to date and prevent unnecessary catch up immunizations.

For patients that qualify for free immunizations from the state, we will use the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program. Individuals who qualify for these immunizations are children who are uninsured, underinsured, or individuals with Medicaid or Kids Connection.

The clinic staff is happy to help determine eligibility for benefits regarding immunizations, please provide current insurance information to the clinic staff.

For any additional questions please contact Jessica Webb, LPN at (308) 235-1952 extension 551.
