Quality Assurance Patient satisfaction is just one aspect of Quality Assurance. Patients from the Rural Health Clinic, Outpatient Clinics, Rehabilitation, and the Emergency Room are randomly sent surveys. Areas in need of improvement are identified and areas that are excelling are commended. Quality Improvement KHS staff members are encouraged to identify processes throughout the facility that are not functioning to their full potential. Identifying these processes and improving them helps to make better use of time, money, and resources. This in turn can improve employee morale and patient care. Corporate Compliance Kimball Health Services exercises due diligence to ensure that all hospital employees and agents abide by Federal and State rules and regulations.
